Creative Art for Well-being Workshop

for organizations and companies in Brussels

Are you a organization looking for a workshop for your employees?

Art Therapy Brussels offers Creative Art for Well-being Workshops to promote mental well-being, strengthen resilience, and spark creativity. These workshops provide a supportive space for self-expression, stress relief, and personal growth through guided art-making.

Combining creative expression, mindfulness, and psychoeducation, sessions help individuals and groups process emotions, build coping skills, and enhance self-awareness. Tailored for corporate teams, schools, and community organizations, the workshops are accessible to all, requiring no prior artistic experience.

WORKSHOPS

  • In this workshop, we explore the concept of holding space — both literally and metaphorically — by working with the form of a box. Through art therapy-based interventions, we use the process of creating and transforming a box as a way to contain and express thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

Both the act of art-making and the finished piece serve as reflections of our inner world, offering a tangible way to explore boundaries, self-care, and emotional well-being.

  • The word mandala comes from Sanskrit, meaning "circle" or "center." Carl Jung introduced mandala-making in the early 1900s as a tool for self-reflection and personal exploration. Today, it is widely used in creative practices to cultivate mindfulness, focus, and relaxation.

Engaging in mandala creation has been shown to reduce stress and promote a sense of calm. This structured yet flexible process provides a space for creativity and self-expression, offering a meditative experience without the need for artistic skill.

  • Art Therapy Brussels designs customized workshops that use art therapy-based interventions to reduce burnout symptoms and enhance emotional well-being. Each workshop is tailored to meet the unique needs of your organization. Our sessions provide a creative, therapeutic space where professionals can reconnect with themselves, manage stress, and build resilience.
