Burnout happens when stress from work or constant pressure leaves you feeling drained, detached, and unsure of your abilities. Our approach is to use art expression to identify burnout symptoms, address feelings, provide coping skills and build resilience. By combining creative expression with practical tools and mindfulness, we’re here to help you to develop a balanced relationship with your work.

You also don't need special materials; your art therapist will guide you through the process. Art therapy sessions are currently available for teens and adults, both in Brussels and globally.
