FAQs

  • No! There is no right or wrong way to do art in the art therapy session. We are all artists here in the session. I guild you to use art materials to tell your stories, express your identities and sharing your feelings.

  • Confidentiality is an essential component of therapy and is protected by both ethical guidelines and legal regulations. All information shared in therapy—including verbal, written, and artistic expression—is kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed without your written consent, except in the following situations where the therapist is legally and ethically obligated to take action:

    • You provide written consent for the release of information.

    • There is a serious risk that you may harm yourself or another person.

    • There is suspected abuse or neglect of a child, dependent adult, or elder.

    • The therapist is ordered by a court of law to release information.

    • Your account is significantly overdue, and your contact information is provided to a debt collection service.

In couples or family sessions, confidentiality applies to the group rather than individual members, unless otherwise agreed. If you have specific concerns about confidentiality, these can be discussed with your therapist at any time.

  • A No-Show Fee €50 must be paid in advance to secure your in-person session. If the missed session was an in-person appointment, a no-show fee of €50 will be added to the standard session fee.

  • All online session fees must be paid in advance via bank transfer. In-person sessions can be paid in cash.

  • A 48-hour advance notice is required when canceling a session. If you are unable to give me the minimum 48-hours advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of what would have been your session fee.

  • Please note that art therapy services are not covered by insurance. An invoice can be provided upon request.

  • If you arrive 15 minutes or more late to a session, the session will be automatically cancelled without notice, and you will be charged the full fee (including the no-show fee if it was an in-person appointment).
