Art Therapy Brussels was founded by Haylie, a U.S.-trained art therapist based in Brussels, who practiced in the New York metropolitan area for two years before relocating to Belgium.

I specialize in supporting individuals through a blend of creative expression, mindfulness techniques, and psychoeducation. My approach helps clients better understand their unique experiences and develop personalized coping strategies.

Burnout occurs when prolonged work stress or constant pressure leaves you feeling drained, detached, and uncertain about your abilities. At Art Therapy Brussels, we use art expression to help identify burnout symptoms, process emotions, and develop coping skills. Through a combination of creative expression, practical tools, and mindfulness techniques, we support you in building resilience and fostering a balanced relationship with your work.


IN PERSON & ONLINE ART THERAPY

Have you ever struggled to put your emotions into words? Art therapy provides a creative outlet to express feelings, share experiences, and tell your story—no artistic skills required. You don’t need any special materials either; your art therapist will guide you every step of the way. We offer art therapy sessions for teens and adults, both in Brussels and online worldwide.
